There is no magic pill for quick weight loss, a lean body, and enhanced performance. It requires commitment and hard work. Answer these questions to find out how ready you are to make long lasting change. Answers are always private and will not be shared with anyone else. I will email you with your results.
  • Compared with previous attempts, how motivated to lose weight are you this time?
  • How certain are you that you will stay committed to a weight loss program for the time it will take to reach your goal?
  • Consider all outside stress in your life (work, family obligations, etc.). To what extent can you tolerate the effort required to stick to a diet?
  • Think honestly about how much weight you hope to lose and how quickly you hope to lose it. How realistic is your expectation?
  • While dieting, do you fantasize about eating a lot of your favorite foods?
  • While dieting, do you feel deprived, angry, or upset?
  • When food is mentioned, do you want to eat even if not hungry?
  • Do you have trouble controlling your eating when you're favorite foods are around the house?
  • How often do you eat because of physical hunger?
