This is the highest level I offer. It takes at least 3 months to develop, change and successfully begin a nutritional behavior change. I set this program with those goals in mind. Work with me on a very frequent basis so motivation remains high. With accountability, I help ensure that you are making continued progress towards your health and performance goals.

Perfect for those who have already had experience with metabolic efficiency and need a refresher. We can review your eating and/or training and talk about ways to make it better. Any questions I do not have an answer to, I will research and get back with you at no extra charge.
